Nathan Gann compiles an index of reviews of “Pagan Christianity”

Nathan Gann has posted an index of reviews of Pagan Christianity.

Pretty useful. If you don’t read the book, you can still learn a lot by simply reading all the reviews and ensuing discussion.

Here’s a site with some cool interviews with the authors and a list of some of the best reviews I’ve read.

Having read the book, I’d say that none of the reviews replaces reading it. There’s just too much information in the book. I loved it, especially all the neat quotes.

The sequel to “Pagan Christianity?” is out now. It’s called “Reimagining Church”. It picks up where “Pagan Christianity” left off and continues the conversation. (“Pagan Christianity” was never meant to be a stand alone book; it’s part one of the conversation.) “Reimagining Church” is endorsed by Leonard Sweet, Shane Claiborne, Alan Hirsch, and many others. You can read a sample chapter at It’s also available on Frank is also blogging now at
