Wednesday World Day – Money

Money makes the world go round. Money is the root of all evil. Love of money is the root of all evil. Tithing, giving, earning, making, saving, investing, debt, etc. Some have lots of money. Some have none. Some waste, some hoard.

Money is a big deal in our world.

Below are some links to blogs about money that I frequent. (for personal information on what I do with money, see this post):

Get Rich Slowly – Get Rich Slowly is one of my favorites. Every day they pump out articles about saving money and getting “rich” in a way that is possible for anyone: slowly.

The Simple Dollar – Trent writes this blog. Pumping out 3 or four articles a day, this blog tackles issues like personal investing, frugal living, cutting household costs, and reviewing personal finance books.

The Wisdom Journal – sometimes about money, sometimes about lifestyle stuff. Lots of wisdom from this journal.

Frugal Dad – This dad used to be absolutely horrible with money. He started blogging through his journey out of debt and into financial stability. His writing is incredibly personal, practicle, and useful. No matter what your financial situation may be, this is a great blog.

  1. Here’s another blog I enjoy. This guy writes for the WSJ, and mostly discusses money and how it relates to raising a family and such.
